Mackenzie

Backend Developer & Atl Eats Scrum Master

As scrum master, Mackenzie has been responsible for ensuring that team progress moves forward, each user story gets addressed by a team member, and helps to communicate with the TA. This included Discord and Trello management as well as helping with github issues.

​

As a back-end developer on the Atlanta Eats Project, Mackenzie implemented the login and signup functionality and well as worked with the Google Maps API to allow users to search for restaurants and filter results.

​

On the Spotify Wrapped project, Mackenzie added the ability to log in with Spotify, created the Contact the Devs page, and implemented the puzzle game using users' top artists' images.

Vaishnavi

Product Owner & Full-Stack Developer

As a product owner, Vaishnavi defined the project's direction and ensured the team stayed on track to meet project goals. She was responsible for monitoring progress and facilitating collaboration to build on each other's work.

As a Fullstack Developer on the Atlanta Eats Project, she focused on the website's design by creating mockups in Figma and implementing those designs into the front-end like the login, signup, home, and account page. She also worked on the backend, handling restaurant cards and ensuring the search and filter functionality performed as expected. 

​

​For the Spotify Wrapped project Vaishnavi focused on the front-end. She prototyped unique designs on Figma and then implemented them to the project adding animated elements to make the project stand out. She made sure to keep the design consistent througout the website. She also worked on the wireframe that connected the workflow of the project.

Enya

Product Owner & Front-End Developer

As a product owner, Enya guided the team to stay aligned with their objectives. Her responsibilities included delegating tasks and encouraging teamwork to strengthen each member's efforts.

​

As a Front-End Developer, she focused on UI design. She created mobile-friendly mockups in Figma and implementing those designs into the front-end. She enhanced the login, signup, and home renderings while also creating the profile url and integrating it into the website. Additionally, she created the forgot password user story.

​

Enya operated as a full-stack developer for the Spotify Wrapped Project. Manipulating the Spotify API, she created the distinct slides for the Spotify Wrapped Summary and created the initial front-end designs for each slide. Additionally, she worked on incorporating audio into each slide, the mobile friendly design via bootstrap, and created additional miscellaneous UI for segments as necessary (ex. account deletion). 

Rethika

Full-Stack Developer & Spotify Wrapped Scrum Master

As a full stack developer, Rethika worked on geolocation using the Google API to ensure it displayed correctly on the website and included interactive markers with pop-ups that provided information about each restaurant. She also helped develop the favorites functionality, seamlessly connecting it to the front-end and integrating back-end data with the front-end, creating a smooth and cohesive user experience. Lastly, she also aided in organizing team meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page.

As scrum master for the Spotify Wrapped project, Rethika created a timeline and organized team meetings to make sure all team members were on the same page. As a backend developer, Rethika developed the log out, delete account, save wrap, delete wrap, and view saved wraps features.

Rishika

Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer for the Atlanta Eats Project, Rishika worked on retrieving Google reviews for the restaurants in the Atlanta area using Google Places API. She also worked on the search and favorites functionality.

 

Additionally, she helped with some design elements on the website, enhancing both the user interface and user experience. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills contributed to the smooth operation and performance of the website.

​

On the Spotify Wrapped Project, Rishika worked as a Developer and Full-Stack Developer. As a Developer, she produced a Holiday themed hangman game. As a Full-Stack Developer, she worked on the different Spotify themes.
